| All refurbished products come with 30 days RTB warranty as standard - extended warranty up to 12 months can be purchased as an option. Brand new products are covered by manufacturer warranty; please check with the manufacturer's website for warranty and return details.
If you do need to return an item for whatever reason, you will require an RMA ("return merchandise authorisation") number. You will be provided with an RMA number from a member of staff if you contact us with the problem and a return is deemed to be required.
