How do you refurbish your computers?
When the computers first arrive from our suppliers, they are given a quick test and look over. All damaged and unrepairable units are scrapped and the remainder stored within our storage warehouse. All hard drives are data wiped to ensure all information on the drives are destroyed and unrecoverable.

Later, during the refurbishment process, the computers are given a thorough inspection. All parts not in 100% working condition are replaced and configured. The computers are then categorised and moved to our workshop warehouse.

Once an order is placed, the computers are then configured to the requirements of the order; software is installed, updates are downloaded and any hardware upgrades are installed and configured. The cases are cleaned and polished, the insides cleaned with compressed air. The computers are then given a final test, before they are packaged and made ready for collection by the courier.
